This review examines Perspective și modele de bune practici pentru o proiectare didactică incluzivă [Perspectives and Best Practice Models for Inclusive Instructional Design] (Editura Aeternitas, 2025). It is the second of two volumes produced within a Rotary Club Alba Iulia project on teachers’ competences for inclusive education. The book offers a repertoire of teaching methods and ready-to-use lesson plans for primary, lower secondary and upper secondary education, including special education. It closes with feedback and self-assessment questionnaires for students, parents and teachers. The review praises its practical applicability and the fact that adaptations for students with special educational needs are built into the lesson plans, which were largely written by practising teachers. It suggests that future editions engage more with Universal Design for Learning and move away from learning styles towards research-based differentiation. The book is recommended to teachers, teacher trainers and school leaders.
